How do I submit a request?

  1. www.medrecs.com - Once you have submitted the request information the authorizations/stipulations can be faxed to our headquarters.
  2. Use our Record Request Form template available in Word or WordPerfect formats. E-mail the form to sales@medrecs.com and fax the authorizations/stipulations to our headquarters.
  3. Complete a Record Request Form. Mail or fax the request to our headquarters with the authorizations/stipulations.

Why should I become a subscriber?
MEDRECS On-line requests are more efficient to process so you'll get quicker turnaround on your records. When we receive your request, we'll start processing it immediately by contacting facilities and scheduling the work. Even though we need the patient authorization on file to complete your order, we'll process all of the preliminary work from your on-line request. So when you've sent us the authorization, we can quickly get the documents to you.

What is your turnaround time?
Average turnaround time is 25 working days. MEDRECS also offers special Priority Handling for more urgent matters.

How can this service be less expensive than your competitors?
We believe that our customers should only be charged for the services used. Our Schedule of Charges is designed so that, you can have more control over services performed, from the very basic request, to a more extensive, in depth search.

How do I set up an account with MEDRECS ?
